So there’s an employee there that when I went in to order I needed to use the ladies room and she spent about 20 minutes in there in front of the mirror. I asked her twice if she was almost done as the first time the door was locked so I knocked and waited my turn, after ordering my food I went back to the bathroom and open the door and she still there in front of the mirror and said I locked it why is it opening, I asked are you almost done? She RUDELY TOLD ME ARE YOU TIMING ME I SPEND 5 HRS STANDING IM IN HERE YOU NEED TO WAIT with a nasty face . I said I’m a customer who needs to use the ladies room and she again told me I need to wait. I proceeded to the counter and told her boss she was disrespectful and standing in front of mirror knowing a customer needs the ladies room she ran out and yelled *your just rude and continued arguing as I shut the door to the bathroom. This was today Saturday morning 9am 7/29/23. Very nasty rude disrespectful and she’s very lucky she doesn’t work for me Id fire her on the spot. Never ever treat a customer badly. Next time I go in, if she’s there I will absolutely walk out and go to another DD. 5 hrs she said she stands lol try standing 10 to 12 in the heat and complain, you have no idea you rude little girl.

Every experience at this location is worse than the prior one for donuts or coffee for ice cream it doesn’t matter. Most employees have nothing but bad attitudes and I’m sorry but it’s also near impossible to understand most of them. I see a few nice reviews about specific people maybe one of them is the owner I’ve never had anything but an unpleasant experience so much so that I’ll drive out of my way to go to the location South of sunrise highway on Waverly or north of the expressway and Waverly.

Barely listened to what we wanted, had to correct choices multiple times. Choices also very limited, most not ready. Then they just threw the donuts in a bag with no separation so everything was just stuck together. Avoid this place

This is by far the WORST Dunkin in the area. Horrible customer service. Everyone is so nasty and they never get an order correct. Even for a cup of coffee ordered ahead of time it takes at least 10 minutes and more often than not it is made wrong. No one even acknowledges you when you walk in. Time for new ownership and employees!
