I had such a craving for Dunkin’ Donuts, I drove out of my way en route home from work, only to be highly disappointed by the state of this DD. Absolutely NO donuts to choose from, and what ever they did have….. stale AF. Imagine my dismay when I arrived home, ready to enjoy my slim selection….. 🙁 never going by this store again. Saddest DD ever!

This has to be the worst DD location in the area! I pleaded with husband not to give it another try I’d rather drive to Woodbury or a East on Jericho turnpike to the next DD. But today we went against our better judgement. The manager/cashier is miserable no hello’s no thank you’s, not friendly at all! I am polite thank you have a nice day he remains silent. Why are you working there and managing? This is going on for years. We sent this morning because we wanted coffee and bagels a few doughnuts in a hurry. As we had an appointment to get too.Bad Bad move! After purchase In the car my husband tells me it was $33.00 for 2 bagels with cream cheese, 2 large black coffees and six doughnuts?!!!!!!! That seemed wrong..I get home 3 blocks away, I forget the price because I’m hungry and start to eat..I’ll call them when we’re done we were never given a receipt in hand or on the bag with prices. The bagels were rock hard at 10:03 am in the morning, the doughnuts seems smaller idk but complete waste! The coffee taste like dish water no flavor at all. I called the manager to confirm the price was correct. I gave him to your go # he said yes but not helpful and offered another bagel which I said no it would be the same.

The older man in there is SOOOO RUDE !!! his customer service SUCKS!! I asked for a frozen iced coffee with cream and caramel. I got an iced coffee with cream and caramel. So I politely said “excuse me sir , I asked for a frozen coffee”. He proceeds to raise his voice & yell & tells me I didn’t order that I ordered a iced coffee. Mind you. The lady before me ordered an iced coffee. I never order iced coffee cause I don’t drink those. I know what I ordered. And other customers we’re around while he proceeded to raise his voice. He refunded me then ended up properly charging me for what I wanted. But he was not a nice man & it’s not the first time he’s been rude to me or to another customer. He’s way too old to be acting like that. I’m highly upset and I almost walked out of there.

I went in to grab some donuts for a work meeting. I paid with my company card therefore I needed a copy of the receipt. I asked the man at the counter for a receipt and he annoyingly slammed down his coffee pot and began to dig through the garbage can for my receipt. After opening multiple crumbled receipts that werent mine he started yelling saying I needed to tell him before ordering. I was beyond confused because the receipt prints on the customer side so he reached over to take it and throw it away while I was picking out the donuts I wanted. To make sure I didn’t miss anything I asked if he was mad at me because HE threw out MY receipt and he screamed YES! YOU NEED TO TELL ME AT THE BEGINNING WHEN YOU ORDER!

I had accumulated enough points to get a free hot drink so I ordered a hot carmel macchiato which is my usual drink. He scans my app for “FREE DRINK” and asks for 22 cents! I said its a free drink. Yes its free but you still need to pay 22 cents but ok I’ll give it to you this time. Im standing there thinking they are making my coffee and another guy comes up to me and says I heard everything what was said & you are not getting a free coffee if you dont pay 22 cents. I said the other man said he will give it to me this time & he reply was “well not any more” The 22 cents isnt going to break me but I was curious how this was the only store that asked for money on a free item? I said ok you scanned my app I dont want the coffee any longer. He cancels order & I go down a few blocks and order same drink & they scan my app. No extra charge!!! There is a HS very close snd I wonder how much money they collect from students who don’t question & just pay. I will never step foot in this place again. Its not the lousy 22 cents, its the point!
