Worst experience in a dunking donuts. The owner thinks he is so funny. Had to wait for them to hand me ketchup for 10 minutes straights. The compartments on the counter were completely empty and he pointed to it twice when I asked for ketchup. Like I have eyes, and I’m asking because they were clearly empty. Also, caught one of the workers in the back counting my hashbrowns to be exactly 6 and tossed one out cause it got burned. They are lucky I was the one helped and not someone else because I know they would be livid with the utterly horrible service.

Today was my 5th time getting coffee from this Dunkin shop (it’s the closest from my house) and the 5th time that it tasted so watery with no flavor. Maybe they brew the same coffee beans multiple times or don’t ration it properly? I don’t know what it is but their coffee (I only drink hot black coffee) is not good and not up to Dunkin’s standard. Today, I drove to another Dunkin store a few miles away and got another cup and just dumped the first one. What a difference! Sadly, I will not be returning to this Dunkin. 5 times is too many. There is a good reason this store is not nearly as busy as others!
