I have been going to this Dunkin all the time there is this guy that is so nice and treats all his customers with much love and respect he goes above and beyond with everyone. Especially with kids and seniors and people with disabilities. I wish there was more people like him in other businesses, I recommend coming to during the afternoon times it’s the best times.

They should close the drive thru if they can’t response in timely manner. There are no needs to comfront the customer who waited a long time to get your response. You should instead look at your own team performance and see how you can improve the service. There are no reason with the staff you have in store can’t take care two customers at a time at 6pm. This is the actual 20th time this month this has happened. I go every morning before work. I get the same thing every morning. They forget the bacon every morning. I’ve been checking before i leave so i can go back in and get it right (that’s quite literally not my job) and some days I’m in a rush and get to my office and boom it’s wrong. Get it together can you guys not read babe? So annoying. I really will never go back after this now. I’ve given them endless chances and this was the final straw. There’s worse things in life i know, but i pay extra for bacon every morning and quite literally never receive it

This Dunkin Donuts is easy to see right off of Route 110 in Melville servicing Huntington and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Public Restrooms but it was out of order on Sunday February 25th 2018. Market prices for their items. This also is a Baskin Robbins. They were playing Hip Hop with profanity on Sunday morning with a lot of children in the store. Otherwise I would have given 3 stars.

I’ve been coming here at least four times a week for three years, and I will say that there have been enough mistakes to count on one hand. The ladies (and 2 guys) are always super nice, even when they get the awful customers of Melville. Items are ready fast, location is prime, and everyone is always happy to see me.
