Tables are always filthy and floors are stikcy and gross, no matter what time of day. Today, I went in I asked a question about a munchkin for my kid before ordering. Their munchkins are usually stale anyway but we went bc we were right there. We were the only patrons in the store… the woman was sooo rude and nasty. Totally inappropriate and uncalled for. I walked out and will never go back here again. The one on 107 is much better.

Order on the app, sat in the store for 10 minutes for them to tell me they had nothing that I ordered so I had to get all substitute items because they wouldn’t refund my order. Got home and realized they forgot another part of my order only to return and hear they didn’t have another item. Never going back, this used to be the best Dunkin in town. What a shame

Staff is always friendly, and always fast. Never in a bad mood, no matter what time of day I go in. They also have a habit of throwing in an extra munchkin or two when my kids are with me. I ordered custom letter donuts one time and they came out perfect and exactly on time. Cheaper than a bakery for the custom order. I go to a lot of Dunkin’ on LI and this is my favorite.

The lady didn’t realize the difference between the decaf and regular pot and gave one of us decaf coffee when it wasn’t requested.

A good place to enjoy a cup of coffee. Nice staff that’s gives great service. But the one thing I have to say is the music they play in there sometimes is offensive and shouldn’t be playing in a public place. This music is mostly played on Sunday mornings.
