Awful experience here they don’t care about getting your drink’s correct. Served me just hot water when I asked for a latte. Staff is rude and management is poor . Go to another location this one is by far the worst one on long island . I have never been treated so poorly and I go to a DD multiple times a weeks . This one is now crossed of my list.

The place is horrible , horrible staff ask for a hot latte I got hot water instead and when I asked if this could be remade they said no and wouldn’t reimburse me when I said I didn’t want the drink. also got the finger from staff while I was wearing my EMT uniform and was told to go back in the ambulance and enjoy my drink.

This place is ran by a bunch of inexperienced people. Their was 6 people working nobody waiting on line, just me. Was standinf waiting for someone to help. I even asked for help, and no one came for another 10 minutes so i had to leave to get where i had to go. Screw that!!

This was my go to dunkin because my order was always correct and service was quick and efficient. However, the past month or so my orders have been wrong, bagels saturated in butter After asking for a little butter, coffees not done the way I ordered, and just overall the quality of service has declined. Not sure what happened but after the 5th time of my order being a mess I’ve started going to another Dunkin’ for the simple fact that I waste more time going back to get it corrected.

Not the best experience. Although these are a chain, they are not equal. This particular DD is not quite up to par with others in the area. Not to mention the increasing prices there is nothing that stands out as spectacular or even average. Orders are mixed up and quality seems to be an issue with inconsistent drink mixes. Perhaps it is a training issue or lack of motivation to serve customers. My opinion is drive the extra 10 minutes and skip this one.

I don’t know why I bother to come here. This is my 3rd time coming here and it’s never a good experience. I ordered an iced matcha green tea latte and they gave me milk with green powder at the bottom of my cup and on the side. When I asked why wasn’t it shaken the young lady replied we stir it we don’t shake it! Obviously they didn’t even do a good job with that. Any Dunkin I have gone to I always see them shake it or put in the blender to mix it evenly. But Dunkin on Smithtown Blvd do what they want and it is always a big disappointment!! Never again!
