I visited this Dunkin frequently due to the location but after so much disappointment I can no longer give them my money. In two years, I have never seen an owner, manager or any employee over the age of 21/22. Some of the youths working here are kind, others are extremely rude. To make matters worse, teenagers hang around in the afternoon and harass customers. No one in the establishment does anything about it. I believe because they’re young and don’t know how to properly deal with the harassment. Additionally, they are often sold out of items with no explanation why. My message to management would be, get it together. Show up and train your staff better. Hire a manager that can be present at least 6 hours a day. If you can’t do the bare minimum, then you shouldn’t own a business.

Ordered a cake there with two days notice for an event, made sure they had my phone number correct in case there was any issues. The person who took my order wrote that I didn’t care the color frosting, just that it was for a boy which was what I had said. The person my order went to didn’t complete it because there wasn’t a color written and didn’t ask anyone to call me. The girls at the store were excellent giving me a larger cake and writing what I wanted, however they didn’t have the flavor choices I selected. Management needs to step it up.

Their cold brew is hit or miss – more often a miss. Their donut selection is minimal. Corporate should be ashamed if they know how this store is being run. The MP one is almost as bad. I’m going to start driving further to Mt. Sinai.

If I could give zero stars I would…there is a problem with this location. The workers always seem stressed and under-trained, the capable and friendly employees always end up leaving, and there are very few times where I’ve come in and my food order and drink order were correct. I’ve been going to this location for over a year, and it just keeps getting worse and worse. I just picked up my order, and my hash brows tasted like cleaning solution, and my drink was wrong. I don’t blame the employees, I definitely blame the management and corporate. How is the Dunkins’ in Miller Place excellent and this one is so awful?

I miss how this store ran in the beginning. When the young girl Lisa was running it, the store was perfect. Crew always nice, quick and knew what they were doing. The store used to be spotless. Now sometimes I question their cleanliness. Often my drink has to be remade. I definitely don’t come as much as I used to. Bring Lisa back!
