I decided to give Dunkin a chance after a long break from them. I ordered a drink with cream and the lady that helped me said it comes with cream already. I said okay. They hand me the drink and there’s no cream in it. I go back to the counter to ask them to put cream in it and the three ladies behind the counter were too busy chattering like birds in another language to notice me asking for help. As soon as I got their attention they all stopped talking and glared at me. A lady added cream without saying a word to me. The drink tastes disgusting. I also got a donut that was half the size of what they usually are. Bring your young employees back or hire new ones ASAP.

Great product, but the customer service is very cold. Alot of people behind the counter, but they were doing everything and nothing. Garbage was all over the floor, it was really the atmosphere and the coldness of the staff. Not great place to go, unless you are in a jam.

The cashiers don’t know how to redeem rewards on the app. Tells me nope it’s not working. When I tell her to cancel the order because I didn’t being my wallet with me she was like oh she can’t cancel it. There are people waiting to order. I told her to go ahead. She looks at me puzzle. Then the manger comes and do it with no issue

Not the best of the dunkin at all. I asked for my dragon passion ice tea to be watered down because it was too sweet. They said they would not be ble to do that and to order water sperately to add. Then my son asked for the restroom keys they said someone was in the bathroom. Two minutes later someone else asked and they gave the key to them. This location won’t last until management switches up the whole staff

7 employees and not one of them wanted to help me cancel my order. They said they never received my mobile order and wouldn’t answer their phone when I had support call them to see what happened. Rudest employees and customers. Guy told me to get the F out. Other Dunkin’s are way nicer. Seaford has a huge staff and they’re all friendly. Heck even the more south Hicksville road dunkin has gotten better. Don’t give this dunkin your business. I’ve never seen such a misguided group of people
