Not happy, I have asked multiple time to mix properly all the sugar at the bottom. I have ordered food and I have been missing. I always had my regular DD and I never had an issue. Small advice to the workers do it properly even if it takes you 2 more minutes. I get its fast pase but my daughter works for DD as well and I told her the same thing. All the customers request her for the simple reason she takes her does it fast and the way they like it. I even tip her $10-20 to all of them cause she has told them and they all know how I love my drinks.

Every time I go here lately which is a lot the drive through is backed up out of parking lot becuse service is so slow so I go inside and can stand at the counter for up to 10 minutes without being addressed or order taken. They definitely need to hire more staff so the wait isnt soooo long every time!

Amazing experience I had at this place, went there for breakfast once and was absolutely amazed by the taste of their iced signature latte and bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Couldn’t believe that a simple Dunkin’ Donuts staff could make something better then I’ve ate in some restaurants. Very nice friendly welcoming Staff , even gave me a compliment on my big arms and visible through shirt abdominal muscles, also said they can tell I never skipped leg day overall 5 stars !

It’s mostly the same as other Dunkin locations. If you choose to go inside over drive-thru, be ready to wait at least a few minutes before someone even takes your order. They seem to not care so much about inside traffic at this location. I’ve never eaten any of the “prepared” foods at Dunkin like sandwiches, etc., so can’t comment on that. Donuts are same as everywhere. Muffins, not so much. They taste the same, but they’re always lacking that signature caramelized sugar topping that makes Dunkin muffins great. Of course the coffee is pretty much always good, as long as your specific with what you want.

i got an iced matcha latte just now and the matcha powder was hardened and clumped at the bottom of the cup. After repeatedly trying to mix my drink, the straw cracked all down the middle. Extremely horrible.

I would say 7/10 times this place is just not it. The staff is incredibly rude. They do not want to be there and show it. Get my drink wrong nearly every time and have such an attitude. It’s been this way for YEARS different people but the people’s attitude And work ethic seriously haven’t changed a bit.

The staff here is friendly but the coffee and food is not good. The coffee has a burnt taste to it but the worst was the muffins and the hash browns. The muffins were dry, hard and stuck to the wrapper. Obviously days old. The hash browns were dry yet soggy and very salty. Overall, between the stale food and coffee I cannot recommend this Dunkin’. I’d much rather go to most 7-11’s for a large fresh ground columbian coffee with a shot of fresh ground espresso and a fresh muffin for only $3 vs $8 for the stale version at Dunkin’.

I enjoy most of the day staff (now that they got rid of most of the immature kids) but I just went at night for ice cream and the staff member Emma couldn’t have been more rude, rolling her eyes. I asking for 2 scoops and 2 toppings but she forgets one topping, probably because she has an airpod in one ear. When I said she forget she ripped the bag away, then I look and see she gave me a sample size spoon..I asked someone else for a normal size spoon and they said “this?”..

My experience recently was horrible. My boyfriend and I had just said hello while we pulled into the drive thru and then had said it again just after a couple moments later. After we ordered, my boyfriend wanted to add on to our order and she says “you have to order the same time he orders” in such a rude tone. When we approach the window , the so called head “manager” as she said was extremely rude to us explaining how we do not talk to her like this, how they are clearly busy (btw we are only the second of two cars) etc. i did not even take my order from her after my experience, especially how I noticed she made my drink wrong as well. I am very upset as this is the location I always get my coffees at, which also are made wrong consistently.
