Upon arrival, worker was sitting at a table while the place was dirty. Debris on floor, table had spilt coffee, and no napkins in the dispenser. Ordered a sweet iced tea. No liquid cane sugar available. Boston cream donut was stale. Will never return to this location.

I ordered 2 coffees today and neither of them had the lids on tight. As a result the scalding hot coffee spilled all over my car seat and down my leg burning me, turns out the lids wouldn’t fit snug on either cup. Done going here

Been to lots of dunken dounuts but today the service at this location was poor looked like she didn’t want to serve me . The reaction on her face was to series so I try not to get her upset but when I asked her for napkin she gave me half napkin and that was it for me.

I stopped in for a bagel and breakfast sandwich Saturday 5/1/2021 at the time I was the only customer in the store. I ordered and paid with cash, the cashier/server was wearing gloves. She proceeded to prepare the food with the same gloves. When I asked her to change her gloves, another lady came from the back and said we are too busy to change gloves. I then replied it’s not busy I’m the only one here and it’s actually the correct thing to do. She replied “no one has ever complained or ask to change gloves”.

The staff is always very friendly and very attentive but they have a real way of adding way too much butter when you order a bagel. It can be infuriating trying to scrape two and a half pounds of butter off of your breakfast. Make sure you order very little butter LOL

The employee was super friendly when I went to get a drink with my kids. I appreciate her kindness and made my order properly. My drink was perfect. I’ve been to this Dunkin just a handful of times through out the year when my family and I visit cantiague park. It’s located in a spot where you can see it, and the service is quick. Every single time I’ve been inside this Dunkin, it’s always clean and the condiment stand is always stocked nicely. There’s never a line. I haven’t had an issue and the most recent time, the employee was super nice to my babies. I will definitely keep coming back whenever we go to cantiague park.
