I always go to this Dunkin Donuts when I get my nails done next door. I will NEVER go there again. The last time I was there I put my order in and then I asked for a cup of ice water to take my medicine. The girl behind the counter said next time you have to pay for the water. I told her are you kidding me its from the sink and she said they charge for that now. Now I go to another DD.

Currently 9:45, I drove up at 9:40 and the worker literally shut the door as were walking towards it meanwhile the facility closes at 10. Don’t know the kids name but should be fired for this act. There was another 2 customers behind me as well. The manager should terminate this kid. I’m not one to complain, but when he started visibly laughing through the doors, I thought to write this review.

Coffee always fresh and made how you like it perfectly. Everyone there is so friendly and always have a smile for you. I started asking for them to make me their favorite drinks and let me tell you they did not disappoint. It got me out of my coffee rut and tried flavors I normally wouldn’t try. The doughnuts are always fresh and when you get a custom order you won’t be disappointed either. They go above and beyond to give you exactly what you ask for. Even if you need a few dozen and call ahead they make sure they are fresh and ready at the time you tell them you will be there. I have never had a bad experience here.

Went with my kids to get ice cream on this hot summer day, we asked for our ice cream very politely, but the cashier gave us so much attitude for asking for a empty cup as one of my kids’ ice cream was dripping. She made a ugh noise with hands gestures, as she got us a cup. Wow…so much for customer service. Not going back to this dunkin store.
