I went to this Dunkin for first time. I met a lady named Indu. She is a great hard working women and very friendly, she helped me order items, the service she gave me was truly exceptional. She gave me the feel like she is a family. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I went here with my friend a couple days ago, my friend was swiping her card to pay for her order, and the lady at the front who was not wearing a uniform literally snatched the card out of my friend’s hand and started tapping it aggresively through the card reader. We also tried ordering a Mocha Signature Latte and apparently the “machine was not working” but minutes later saw a guy walking out with that same drink. We also ordered a refresher, asked for a small she charged a medium instead. I was asking about the price of the bagel bites but she started putting it in into the machine at the front and literally snatched the money out of my hands. I asked for a refresher but gave me the wrong one, we asked for the receipts but wouldnt give it to us and was super rude the whole time. She was also on the phone while taking orders. We also got ice cream, the guy working at the ice cream bar was super nice no complaints about him.

I usually arrive, between 8:30 am and 9 am some days of the week, these girls are moving the queue, trying not to miss the train every person who arrives with their complaints about it. if you’re late you’ll be late. It’s not the employees’ fault if you miss your train, they do what they can and within that the service is excellent in the mornings.
