Honestly the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Always clean, always stocked, drinks are always picture perfect. I sometimes have issues at other locations with them now making the latte properly, this location nails every drink hands down to perfection. They don’t get enough appreciation which is why I wanted to leave this review. I have about 10 Dunkin’s around me, I come here every time.

Every time ( 4 times so far) my Uber, Doordarshar bring me my food there is always something missing. A large ice coffee is almost $5 and it’s not there, then 3 orders of hash rows last time, time before were my wraps for my kids. It’s not the dashers fault, they seal the bags!!!

I’ve been going to Dunkin’ for over a decade, and love their coffee and donuts, and their bagels. This is the first location that I actually have a problem with. Whenever I order a bagel with light butter or light cream cheese i always end up with more butter/cream cheese that i want. If it was a little extra butter that would be fine, but when the paper is dripping with butter and its soaked into the bag, you know its too much. I’ve constantly asked for them to remake it, and then they make a new one and i have to explain what “light butter” means. This problem keeps happening at only this location, and at this point its a waste of my time to keep coming here. Hopefully in the future this location can make a bagel with light butter and not butter with a bagel.

I’m never going to Dunkin Donuts on s broadway in hicksville ny again, I ordered a veggie omelet bagel and there was a hair on it,the lady behind the counter did nothing about it and didn’t even offer me any thing else or my money back. I had to ask for bagel twists instead.
