Asked for 2 pup cups. Said they do not allow them. Asked for whip in two cups for humans, we were told no. Offered to pay for the whipped cream, told no. Asked for plain munchkins, told yes for humans. Got munchkins, they were glazed. We purchased other food as well. This is the first time we have been told no for some whipped cream in a cup, while also offering to pay. Every DD has this option and uses the money as donations. Very disappointing.

They always ruin my coffee. I feel like the place is run by a bunch of teens and even after I explain to them. I got a medium hot coffee and a glazed donut $8. I open the coffee cup and half of it is whipped cream by the time I get to the coffee it’s literally a small coffee in a cup and a donut $8. I’m driving a little further to avoid this one.

I got 4 items. A donut which I did not receive, a cold brew coffee without the butter pecan or skim milk, the turkey sausage egg and cheese didn’t even have sausage it was just egg and cheese, they did get my bagel correct but it was untoasted. I repeated the order multiple times at the drive in, I truly think the microphones are poor quality or the worker was not sober. He did not understand anything it seemed and had poor custom service. Not sure of his name but he has long dirty blonde hair and his performance at work should be looked into. I am very displeased with my service here and recommend you stop at a different dunkin’ donuts.
