Two evening employees locking the doors early and ignoring drive thru. Also witnessed other potential customers getting ignored. Otherwise a five star location seeing as it’s my favorite and orders are always correct with fantastic employees aside from the two mentioned.

How come every time I order a bagel with extra cream cheese I am charged for it but don’t actually get it.. also, if I specifically say how many scoop, pumps or creams I want how come it tastes different every time?? And please have a conversation with your employees about just genuinely being polite, it seems like everyone’s mom’s died and they’re forced to be at work there.

I ordered online and picked up my order. The guy at drive thru told me I had my entire order but I was missing snack bacon and wake up wraps. I went back in to explain how the employees forgot my food and I got laughed at and told “ oh yea glad I didn’t throw that out like I was going to “. Unexceptional for a good business. I as a fellow food business employee, was very upset with the customer service after asking to receive my missing food. As my food was cold by time I did receive my missing food.

Just got uber eats from here and I have to say I was so pleased with everything right down to the packing of the order. Everything was clearly put together to be transported and wrapped tightly. I also had 2 cold drinks in the same bag with my hot food, and the food was still piping hot after a 15 min drive. I’m incredibly pleased, these people deserve a raise.

This is the best Dunkin ever! The staff treats you like family, the manager treats the staff like family it’s a pleasure to stop for my coffee and sandwiches. They accommodated my no bread requests happily and never make me feel like I am an inconvenience to them. Got a half dozen donuts and three out of the six were wrong. I should look next time. My chocolate covered donut was a glazed chocolate donut, and two powdered cream donuts were powdered donuts filled with vanilla frosting. Really gross and definitely not a cream donut.
