Don’t get me wrong. I’m here almost every morning. So I give repeat business. But this building is inconsistent. There a small number of employees who are efficient and do a great job. Then there’s the kids that keep getting hired. It’s a shame because no one in their right mind would go full time. Pay ain’t worth it. Sign of the times

I find that baked goods are very fresh at this location because they have the bakery on site. Staff is friendly and they handle the line quickly. Knocked 2 stars off because one time an employee was noticeable sick and wasn’t wearing a mask or anything when handing me my drink.

By far the worst Dunkin I have ever *tried* to go to. I work nearby and there aren’t many choices for food. I also don’t get a lot of time. I have made the 30 minute round trip to this location 4 times, and I’ve yet to get any food. The first time I got there at around 7:55pm. They close at 8pm. My bad. The next time I made sure to get there by 7:45. Tried to order a breakfast sandwich. “Sorry we turn our ovens off at 7:30pm…. Yesterday I got there at 7:15pm and as I was pulling in the staff was walking to their cars and all lights were out. Today I pulled in at exactly 7:30pm. The front door is locked. I sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes before leaving. Saw a guy working inside as I was leaving. He looked directly at me and then turned away. I guess this place doesn’t want my business. I won’t be wasting any more time trying to get food from here.

Good experience. We were walk in customers not drive through. They seemed overwhelmed when my family and I stopped today. They where friendly and received our order shorty after placing it. But they had both rest rooms out of order and they where lacking on cleanliness of the dining area. No napkins and they had no condiments out ex: ketchup ,salt ,pepper. I do understand they were very busy in the drive through. But they also had several people walk out waiting in line.

So I really love some of the staff at this location. Very friendly and always a smile. Great face to face customer service! However my coffee/ latte, isn’t always right. Unfortunately as of lately usually not right. I know my coffee, I order it exactly the same, each time, but sadly it’s a rarity it’s correct lately. Consistency should be key. But things happen and i had overlooked that especially being able to relate in the service industry. But it does kinda get annoying at 5 something a latte and it repeatedly is something you can’t drink.

Would give Zero. Went to drive-thru today at 1:50pm. Ordered two hot chocolates. Have never experienced such horrible customer service. The level of disrespect was shocking. Whoever took my order should be fired, as they lack the capacity to properly do their job. I used to work at this exact location doing the same role. It’s not that hard to be kind. Disgusted never going back and telling everyone to avoid this location until this is made right.

Dunkin is TERRIBLE!! Once again they’ve raised their prices and it’s not worth it. Their version of a large coffee is everybody else’s medium sized coffee not to mention the Boston cream donut I ordered looked like it went through a ringer. I will never step foot inside another Dunkin donuts shop for as long as I live. Their prices are ridiculous. The owner should be arrested for robbery!! Lol

Absolutely disgusting!!!! We waited forever to get through the line and when we finally got our food it was cold and still frozen the cheese wasn’t even close to melted or cooked and the eggs and sausage was ice cold. I usually love stopping there but after that experience whoever is the manager and allowing that kind of food to go out should be fired.
