Ordered the sweet pepper bacon with no egg on English muffin, I’m given a sandwich with regular bacon and yellow cheese. SPB comes with egg. Peppered bacon and white cheddar cheese. I kindly let the girl know who was sweet and went to have it remade for me. Guy making the sandwiches must not care or must not be paying attention or both; with all the non work related talk I can see why distracted, because I get a sandwich with hot bacon and cold cheese as if he forgot to put it to melt. My cheese was not melted at all. Def depends on where you go because I get this sandwich daily at th3 Glenmont Dunkin on Fuera Bush and they get it right all the time. Less gossiping and more working and paying attention to customer. Terrible customer service.

Ordered an everything bagel toasted, really light on the butter this morning. I get to the window and pay. Cashier was super nice! As I waited for my bagel the associate who was making it was saying to the cashier, “I make bagels the way I like and if they don’t like it, they can make their own bagel”. This is what my bagel looked like when I opened it. There is at least 1/2 stick of butter on that. That is beyond rude. I tried calling a few times to talk with the manager but they didn’t answer the phone.

Coffee perfect, sandwhich perfect, just wish drive through was a bit better. Not a real super long wait but definitely 10 minutes in an awkward drive through that’s hard to get in from road when lines long and if you don’t plan it going in you block lobby customers from leaving when they get in their cars in parking lot. Still though it was friendly service and the sandwhich and both our coffees done as asked.

I don’t come here often but when I do my order is always wrong I just left there from getting my daughter hash Browns and I ordered a bagel toast it with butter and I got a plain bagel toast it no butter no nothing on it and don’t have the time to turn around and fix the problem and this is usually what happens the coffee is usually made wrong and when your order is not wrong you usually deal with somebody with an attitude

I ordered through DoorDash an requested specific donuts of (6) donuts I received some random assortment that myself nor my children eat! I tried to call and speak with someone but the mailbox is full! Completely disappointed!Let’s not mention the “variety” of munchkins smh I only reviewed glaze and chocolate Never ordering from here again, I will be contacting corporate this is unacceptable
