This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to in my entire life. It does not matter if there is no one in the drive-through line it does not matter if there is one car or 10 cars. It literally takes them 5 to 10 minutes per car to process here. I do not understand it. It appears that they have enough staff, because when I go inside there’s always a 3 to 5 people working. The employees are very nice and courteous but they really do not do a good job at doing what they’re supposed to. I honestly will never go back to this Dunkin Donuts because I have given it so many chances over the past four years and it’s a literally the same every single time that I go there. Half the time after waiting in line for five minutes for the one car that’s in front of me I end up leaving and going to give my business elsewhere . It’s a shame that they are allowed to continue business this way, because I cannot imagine that I’m the only one that’s complained. And it’s more of a shame because it’s a small town and there’s not a lot of options. Management needs to pay attention to what’s going on here and improve the services at this location.

Waited in the drive thru line for 20 min before our order was even taken, there was only 2 cars in front of us. Then waited another 10 min before we received our order, of 1 hot coffee and 1 iced coffee. This Dunks only does 1 order at a time and even then they screw the order up.

I live in Hoosick and every weekend that I try and go there the wait time is beyond ridiculous!!! Yes the ladies are friendly behind the counter, but when you start making the other customers wait bc of personal conversations, that’s just annoying!!! They NEVER have what I want to order, so I then usually resort to just a hot chocolate and well now today they serve hot water as hot chocolate! So since I have been living in this town for one month, I will NOT be returning ever again!!!!!

I have been going to this Dunkin for many many years, and lately is has gone down drastically. Some of the employees here have just awful customer service. They won’t even say hello to you at the window and basically throw your order at you and walk away. This store needs to train some customer service!

Traveling from Oregon, and this was my first experience, horrible. I pulled up to the drive thru and 15 seconds “Rich” says “What can I get you?” In the most hum-drummy bored voice. I needed a moment and let him know. 15 second later “Is there anything I can help you find?” In a annoyed tone. I let him know I needed to look at the menu for a second, and it would be just a moment. There being no customers in site, and he has the nerve to tell me ” We have a time limit so you need to decide now”. I took off without ordering a thing. You need to shut this establishment down, it’s making your company look awful. I was relieved to not choose anything, as it was a blessing in disguise, sounds like they don’t care at all and serve dirty items.

They have no clue here my wife likes chia latte….this is the only d and d were the receipt always says vinilla spice and not chia latte and they say it’s the right thing….on the menu a large is 4.59 and they charge me 3.39…clearly there dining some thing wrong and it tastes terrible….I’ve asked multiple times for manage and get the same answer. Don’t waste your time here
