I made a mobile order and went in to pick it up. The drinks were ready quickly. I waited for 45 minutes for the food, which was just a breakfast sandwich and a bagel. The woman asked me twice what I was waiting for. The first time, she said it would be right out. The second time she asked for my name again and said it would be right out. Finally got it after 10 more minutes. They 100% forgot about the order, as people that came in to order after me were in and out quickly. It doesn’t take 45 minutes to make a sandwich.

Did my mobile order, for this location. Was told to pull up, waited, was then told ‘I don’t have a Mobil order for you’. I insisted they did and pulled up the order as the guy walked away. He came back and simply said ‘I don’t have glazed donuts’. I requested another one and he then came back to the window handing it to me, and said ‘pull up front I don’t have any iced tea, gotta make it’. Like the wait, rudeness, and not even knowing my order wasn’t bad enough, I had to pull around and wait in the 90 degree heat. Would not recommend this location what so ever.

Love this place! Only reason I didnt give this specific location 5 stars is they are sometimes out of the drinks I’m ordering. It’s understandable in a busy location, but just wanted to give a clear reason. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The store is clean and well lit. Drive through can be super busy at certain times of the day, but they always get people served fast. Even if they are out of certain things there is always a second opinion I love ready for me.

FYI this Dunkin’ Donuts claims that the espresso machine shuts down at 9:00 an hour before they close so their espresso is not available. I know this is not the case that it’s because the employees cleaned the Special Machine an hour before closed and they don’t want to clean it again for someone else who has espresso if a company offers a menu item it should be offered at all times especially a company like Dunkin’ Donuts which has many others that offer the espresso option until they close. I drove 14 miles out of my way to come to the Dunkin’ Donuts to get one shot of espresso in my coffee and I was told that the machine shuts down at 9:00p. I will never be going to this Dunkin’ Donuts again and I highly recommend that you avoid it as well especially when lied to. I’m not sure what happened to the old adage the customer is always right. When I was a barista that still applied.
