I ordered an iced decaf with oat milk and got a regular iced coffee with regular milk. I didn’t realize until it was too late that the coffee wasn’t decaf. I even asked if it was decaf and was told “Yes”. Mistakes happen but I literally asked them to check and was clearly lied to. As someone who is feeding breast milk to her 5 month old I find this to be completely careless on the part of the business. Now I’m up at 1am writing a scathing review instead of sleeping for the past 4 hours. There are legitimate health reasons why people drink decaf and phoning in those orders can have legitimate consequences.

I ordered the maple bacon sandwich croissant sandwich gave me a veggie egg which I did not specify, also the croissant was hard so I went back. I told him I did not order this egg I just want a regular egg and please do not toast the croissant as much. The second time around the egg was fine the croissant was very hard and the bacon was completely under cooked!!! I tried to call to get some to speak to someone I got a voicemail and no one has called me back. The gentleman took my receipt so I was unable to take the survey to make someone aware of the service I got.

I ordered a large iced caramel latte and paid for it before he hands me a medium. I explain I ordered a large, he takes it back puts it in a large cup and fills it with ice so now it is packed with ice but still the same medium latte clearly since it still doesn’t even fill the cup. What a rip off!

Some of the workers are rude one of the woman back last Thursday November 10 2022 my daughter asked for a spoon she said something under her breath comment she should of been more epssically on her birthday nice that she should said she’s mean the girl has changed she used to be now shes weird are usally regular customers I don’t know why you need a spoon sand then my. daughter asked fir a folk you know we don’t need have no more spoons she usually nice the girl that was fixing it and it was my daughter’s birthday that day my daughter thought the company was making spoons we have been coming here alot in 2023 at all the place went down hill not the same.

Stopped at Dunkin in Troy around 3 pm…all the food was ditched…nothing on the shelves only were able to give a cup of coffee. Very unusual not to still have supplies on the shelves. Disappointing.

Terrible. Probably one of the worst DDs in the area. Frequently charge regular price for promotional items. Make orders incorrectly almost every time I come through here. If you get here an hour to 45 minutes before closing they will only serve you hot coffee. Terrible place. Will not return..
