Wow. Waited in line inside almost 10 minutes while a dozen vehicles went by outside. Wasn’t even acknowledged until I turned to leave in frustration. I guess if you want better service you should hit the drive through. Or go somewhere else. Even after I ordered it took another 15 minutes for two friggin coffees. I won’t be back here again.

i usually like it here but there’s definitely some new staff because i come here often and i’ve never seen this girl before. She seemed more concerned about laughing with her coworkers instead of tending to the drive thru as i literally sat there listening to her make jokes with them and then finally realize i was there. When i pulled up she couldn’t even find my order which was so simple just one frozen hot chocolate. Then she never even gave me my change and just continued to laugh with her coworkers. I want the other staff back the nice ladies and guys ; but definitely not her.

Im Editing my original review from several years ago. I don’t know whats going on but my quality of food is horrible. 6 weeks ago i ordered 2 egg bacon and cheddar on sour bread. Of course it wasn’t until i had gotten home that both sandwiches the eggs were still frozen in the center. Unfortunately both sandwiches went in the garbage $16.00 and change wasted. When i went back about a week later i mentioned it to someone I was told was management. I did not get offered a refund or new food. I guess my $16.00 sandwiches weren’t worth anything to them. All she asked was who made sandwiches and apologized. Then again today I ordered 2 Avocado Toast and was served them with Avocado all over the outside of the boxes which in turn ended up all over my sleeve and car. I also added another Avocado Toast with sun dried tomatoes which I was charged for and they never put the tomatoes on it. While i was in the Drive Thru the kids working had Hip Hop music blaring like a club so they probably never heard to add sun dried tomatoes to the order. When i got home and realized my order was not correct I tried to call 5 times with no answer. They probably couldn’t hear the phone above the volume of the music. I was upset that i was handed a box covered and was thankful i was not dressed in work clothes. This Dunkin has gone down hill with a bunch of uncaring young people including management. Its really sad. The kids are pleasant but not concerned over your food quality or how they serve it.

We ordered two coffees and received cups of milk with sugar. I went around to have them remake them and realized the coffee they’re giving us is slight tinted water. I was late so I didn’t have time to complain anymore. Why would you serve that to a customer!?

Honestly one of the worst Dunkin’s there is. Went to get hot chocolate with whipped cream the other afternoon and when I took a sip it was literally just hot water with a dusting of coco in it. Also the staff is rude. I’m sorry you don’t like your job but no one told you to work there. Do better.
