I really wanted this to be a good experience. It was less than. I haven’t been to Dunkin in over two years. My return made clear why. As has been my experience they rarely get my order correct. My coffee and breakfast sandwich is not a difficult order. It’s very frustrating to pay so much to not get what you want.

Nice sitting area..typical dunkin donuts. Espresso & coffee was fresh. We went on a quiet Saturday night around 8:30 PM and it was empty. They have a drive-thru. It was clean and welcoming.

Refused to serve me because the line was too long and said we don’t have enough people to serve. Awful service. Ended up going to Starbucks instead. Dunkin will lose business if employees keep refusing to serve their customers.

If you are going to the restaurant in person to get your food there is little to no problem. Ordering the food offline or on a delivery app is awful. They never have the order right. You can’t call to speak to anyone. I am always having a issue ordering my food with them. Today I found on a piece of bacon I nearly ate!! I’ve been calling trying to speak to someone about the issue, get the rest of my order, or my money back. 8am in the morning trying to eat with my child before we start our day. I’m truly in disgust and unsatisfied with my breakfast order toady!

Ordered 2 iced coffees. 3/8/23 8:23pm. He asked me to repeat the second order which I did and he gave me the wrong drink. (I ordered a caramel crazed Iced signature latte) Instead he gave me a hot coffee. My second drink (one Iced latte) he gave me a small and gave me a completely different drink and there was absolutely NO ICE. Not to mention it smelled like it was expired.I don’t even know why this location is even open. It’s a complete joke, they just hire anybody off the street at this point. Refund needed.

They served me uncooked food, and when I went to return my food the lady repeatedly told me it was impossible because their food came pre cooked. After showing her the pictures and , my receipt for proof it happened at this location and her speaking to her general store manager I was finally issued a refund. Horrible experience will not be returning… EVER

Because the employee did not feel like making a latte we were told the latte machine was broken or was being cleaned (2 hours before closing time). This is unfortunately not the first time we have been lied to at this location. There is no way the latte machine can be broken multiple times a week when it was working earlier the same day. I recommend taking your business elsewhere or go to Starbucks if you actually want to be served.

Very disappointing. I placed my order at the speaker. Waited in line for 10 minutes for my order just to be told we don’t except 50 dollar Bill’s. I asked why not they said this is policy. I asked why it wasnt on the speaker? I would have drove off instead of wasting my time. Then when I asked who can I contact the “manager” REFUSED to provide me with information ad said, “I’m calling the cops” so I waited for them. Wasted 1 hour and 45 minutes of my life.
