We went through the drive through and asked for Tiger Lattes. We were told we couldn’t have them unless we ordered on the Mobile App. We’ve never used the Mobile App before and have had no problem ordering them at other locations. Went thru the drive thru and tried to order and the person didn’t even get the order right and we repeated it 3 times and my friend was getting upset then some woman told us we had to leave . So we left and went to the other Dunkin donuts in Kingston and the workers were very nice.

Jonathan erase all my negative thoughts about side restaurant in their operations and that young man deserves a raise! i’m not really one to complain about fast food because i 100% understand the stress, but in this situation it’s necessary. me, my mother and my grandmother came to this dunkin’ donuts and ordered 3 coffee’s, and an avocado toast. while ordering, we were being extremely rushed, and we kept getting interrupted mid-sentence. upon arriving at the window, we were not greeted… and the food was being shoved at us. we had to ask for the essentials such as napkins and straws ( for an iced coffee ) , and the workers didn’t say a single hello. they were rushing to the point where they didn’t inform us which drink was which, and they ended up spilling coffee all over us. there was no please, no thank you, or have a nice day. not one word besides telling us how much we owed. and we are not used to this form of treatment from ANY dunkin establishment in the ulster county area… or any dunkin at all! we will not be returning. we visited at around 12:30 on february 12th.
