Every single time I order there. Whether it’s through DoorDash or I come to the drive through, you guys forget my straw EVERY time. It’s so simple yet it’s forgotten 95% of the time. You guys gotta do better lol I shouldn’t have to remember to remind you a straw goes with a drink.

Employees are great, don’t blame them but franchise owner to cheap to have enough staff on. Two people trying to manage mornings doesn’t work. Despite ordering app can take a very long time to get your order and the poor staff has a pile of tickets.

I use phone apps for any sort of fast food specifically for deals and offers. Everytime a offer comes up for dunkin for any food item this dunkin is always out and it wasted my free reward which can’t be used again. It’s happened 3+ times with different new or limited food items. Every other dunkin I’ve been to is fine and has the items and I guess actual management.

The sign said they were open until 7 pm, but the door was locked at 6:30or earlier. Please post new hours on your door if you’re not going to be open 7pm. All I needed was a drink. It worked out great for me though because I went next door to the convenience store where the owner is very charming and shared card tricks with me. We have to sent this young gentleman on to pursue his hobby (magic card tricks).
