The 3 men working behind the counter Friday afternoon were so unprofessional. They were yelling out obscenities to reach other and using the “F” and “N” word multiple times. The store was filthy with garbage all over, the bathrooms had paper and urine all over. When a customer asked for a frozen drink he was given major attitude and instead of explaining that the frozen machine was broken, they just told him, no he couldn’t have that drink.

I ordered a wake up wrap and for my husband a croissant with bacon eggs and cheese. A girl named Jessica prepared our food and what I saw couldn’t be more horrifying. First off, the tables were all dirty, every last one of them, and right before Jessica prepared my husband’s croissant, she took papers and smashed them down in the garbage with gloves on and used that same hand to grab my husband’s croissant bread and then put it on the dirty counter where they make the sandwiches. The counter was very dirty with crumbs that were all over the place. I yelled and informed her to change her gloves and to clean the counter. After my complaint, then a worker decided to clean the tables. Gross!gross! I will never order food there again!!!!!!!

Just stood in line there for 10 minutes didn’t even get a good morning or we will be right with you nothing. Completely ignored. Then I left with buying anything and the female in sign had some kind of hand gestures going on. If I’m Hudson go to Stewart’s.

Plenty of pleasant staff to quickly serve many customers. Unlike another local DD in the area, this location has a decent supply of popular foods. Only wish there was a drive thru and exiting the parking lot can be tricky on a very busy intersection. Update 4/7/23 – today’s iced coffee was to be an extra pump of caramel chocolate sweetened flavor. An extra pump of flavor costs an additional 25¢. With old system it was free unless you ordered many extra pumps. Thus is a new flavor but it tasted just like iced coffee with cream but no sweet flavorings. The food was good but as usual all DD locations put frosted donuts in bags frosting side down. DD on the whole got worse with rewards program. Used to only need 200 points to get free large coffee and now you need 900 points. Plus prices have increased as they have every place.

I placed an online order for 12 assorted donuts and waited 20 minutes for this to be ready. After noticing that the people ordering in store were getting served faster than the mobile orders, I decided to wait in line. When getting to the front of the line, I asked if I could please pick out my donuts from my mobile order. The worker refused and made me wait for them to get to that order. It apparently would’ve been faster to cancel my online order and just wait in line. I ended up being late for work because of this. I’m very disappointed that it takes 20 minutes to throw 12 assorted donuts in a box. I placed my order at 7:40am and didn’t walk out of the store until 8am. This is the last time that I will be stopping at this Dunkin’ store!

I’ve been to this establishment three times. The first time was okay, but the last two were nothing short as for being uncomfortable. On the second visit, one of the staff members had a terrible anger problem. She was literally trying to punch the order in her computer screen while scowling and talking in a rude tone. Then on the third visit, poor conduct of order processing. I spent about eleven dollars for two large macchiatos, but instead received two ‘medium’ types that were about a quarter full of liquid, and three quarters of foam. How are these proper drinks? How is this a way to serve customers? To say the least, I’m not returning to this branch, if any of them in the future.

The place use to have great workers who cared for it’s customer. Some would even remember your name and previous order. The workers they have now can care less when the wait on you. They stand there gossiping about while customers wait to be waited on.

I go to this dunkin every single day! I have good and bad service but mostly bad. I have had messed up orders all the time either wrong items, made poorly or missing items. The other day I witnessed an employee screaming and yelling over the counter at a customer with lots of people standing in line. It was awkward and super rude. So unprofessional!
