Don’t bother using the on the go app through drive thru. It is slower the ordering at the window. I can never get my order without having to pull around and wait. The workers are incredibly nice and apologize.

Horrible experience this morning. I asked for an Iced latte, almond milk one french vanilla pump. Forgot to specify the size, but also no one asked. Got a large size. When I requested a medium size, they added more than one pump of French Vanilla! I couldn’t drink it! I also asked for hash browns and the snacking bacon, and they were both cold, like from yesterday. Awful service!

There’s usually rude people almost everywhere you go. I have no idea what was the issue with one of the younger ladies this morning, but both myself and my lady noticed. It’s usually difficult sometimes to contain frustration when behind the counter; sometimes it can show to the customer. Customer experience is completely different than average everyday appearances. People, as workers, have to remain professional and straight forward through their work time. It also is just a way to help keep our heads up, even through toughest of times. I sure do hope whatever frustrated that lady this morning she feels better later on; however, that is what ruins the customer’s experience.

Ghetto & rude staff, women at the Window can be heard saying “it’s too early for this” when i asked for extra cups for a box of joe purchased, $1 per extra cup!! Ridiculous. When i asked for regular sugar opposed to Splenda the manager was then rude about how the bags are pre prepped. Don’t care didn’t ask, just needed the right amount of cups & sugars. Just a terrible customer experience first thing in the morning
