Had the absolute worst experience at DD in Pine Bush and it is completely unacceptable. My daughter and her father (dark skinned) went through the drive thru and ordered a dozen doughnuts NO sprinkles before they left they realized the doughnuts had sprinkles, no big deal accidents happen! So instead of holding up the line he parked and went inside to let them know that they gave him sprinkles on the doughnuts. He waited in line behind a lady (light skinned) who when got to the counter returned food from 2 DAYS AGO… he then let Lee (employee behind the counter) know that he just came through the drive thru and and that his was given sprinkles when he asked for no sprinkles. Lee then said “we can’t take food back” even though he took the lady in front of him food back from 2 days ago. So Lee was asked why he took the Lady’s food back but he can’t fix the order that he just ordered. His response was “you can speak to my manager” mind you I’m on the phone on FaceTime the whole time witnessing this and I could NOT believe what was happening. I wish I could say that racism doesn’t exist but it does and this was disgusting to witness! If you can’t treat people equally then you have NO business working in Customer Service. The situation was addressed by the assistant manager who was very apologetic for his behavior and contacted the store manager who did reach out to us. I do understand there are company policy’s and that would be acceptable if Lee had not just taken food back from 2 days ago from a different race with no problem especially right in front of him. Needless to say I’m pissed!

Probably one of the worst locations I have tried. The iced coffee always tastes like it’s burnt. Doughnuts taste old. Won’t be spending money at this location again. Update as of 05/16/23 seems like this location has changed management. Was in a rush and wanted coffee went through the drive thru the employee was very polite and helpful. My iced coffee was perfect. I’m definitely going to give the new management and employees several more visits to say they have made drastic improvements.

Hardly ever right. Sad if your order butter and cream cheese on the bagel toasted the bagel should never be burnt and should have both spreads….every time I have to check the bagel before leaving…..young staff can not even say sorry for messing up….like it was my fault they did not read the ticket. last time I ordered she charged me 1.99 extra for 6oz of cream cheese….I asked for my money back handed me .75…..??? Manager came and fixed it but it happens near on the daily here.

This dunkin has let us down time and time again. We sat in line at the drive thru for 25 minutes just to arrive at the window to complete chaos inside the building. The staff did not appear to know what they were doing in the slightest. We placed a mobile order and they only got half of it correct after having us re-explaining the order was at the window. We are fairly certain instead of the signature latte we ordered, we were given what appears to be a regular coffee that had been sitting out for hours as it was ice cold. We almost never complain or leave bad reviews but this was a horrible experience!!

My first time there I had an excellent experience with a staff member who was the kindest, friendliest and patient with me as I didn’t know what I wanted right away! I have gone to this Dunkin Donuts about 10 times out of convenience and can count on 1 finger how many times they have gotten the order right. The dunkin stuffed bagel minis come sometimes almost frozen in the center. I have ordered snackin bacon that came almost raw. I have had to repeat the order many times at the window for them to still get it wrong. Today I asked for a medium hot chocolate and first received a coffee and then received a cup of luke warm water. They have kids in there with no supervision and too locked up in other conversations to really care. On 2 of the occasions that they got it wrong they argued with me that I said Iced Latte instead of Hot Carmel latte ( I never ask for or drink Iced lattes) and then decided not to put the carmel in it. I have been to Dunkin Donuts all accross the country and normally enjoy them but it is ashamed that the one so close to my house is soooo bad. And they have proven over and over that they don’t care. They treat the customer as an inconvenience. STAY AWAY

I am very sorry but I will never go there ever again!! The counter person was very rude. My hash browns were a ball of burnt grease! . My sausage egg and cheese was also bad the sausage was rubbery. Worst experience ever!!!!
