I ordered a chocolate frosted w/sprinkles donut it was put in a bag no problem. My complaint about this is when the workers put the item in the bag then wrap it with that tissue paper then the frosting gets all over the tissue and when we go eat it we’re paying for a donut that the frosting is on that tissue and so it takes cried about their donuts away from the company somehow I would think they should not wrap it with that tissue.

Too many young staff who haven’t been trained at all properly. They don’t ever know how to make drinks, or give you the correct donuts. Everytime my friend orders a blueberry coffee, they make her a cold coffee drink instead. One kid put her hot coffee in a cold drink cup. They spend too much time trying to figure out how to make a beverage, locating cups, lids, flavored syrups, etc., that they take 15-20 minutes to make a single hot chocolate or a hot coffee. Then they stare at you asking if that’s all you need, when they haven’t even finished completing your order. One kid stared at me for a few minutes before he even went to get our donuts.Then he didn’t know which donuts were which, and had to wait 10 minutes for another girl to show him what was what, after I showed him which ones I wanted. Having to wait 20-25 minutes to receive 2 donuts, a hot chocolate, and a hot coffee, when you’re the only customer inside the establishment they’re tending to, is absolutely ridiculous. You can tell they don’t train any of their new help. I’m from out of town, and travel once a month to a doctor’s appointment down the road from this Dunkin ‘ Donuts. Each time, the service is terrible bc none of the help they have knows what they’re doing, or much about what Dunkin’ Donuts sells. It’s a shame that they don’t train these kids how to make basic coffee, hot chocolate, or receive the donuts that you want. I mean they’ve punched in your order, yet they have no idea what you’ve just ordered from them. Their drive thru is always packed. Right out to the road. I don’t mind going inside though. But they really need to train their employees before just throwing them into the job by themselves. Only one time in 8 months did I receive proper & prompt service. That doesn’t say anything nice about the people who should be training these kids.

First of all whatever lady that is taking the Orders in the drive thru was extremely rude and messed up the entire order, then when asked to fix it the guy said “I only do what it says on the ticket” the worst dunkin I’ve been to lately. They used to be good but not any of the old workers anymore, just workers that obviously don’t wanna be there.

Not sure if Dunkin will ever get service right. It seems to be a problem at every Dunkin I’ve ever been to. This time food and drinks were great but all too often I’m dealing with burnt bagels and inconsistent coffees.

I come through this drivethru all the time. Every time hoping they have worked out the kinks. This particular Dunkin I’ve right now been waiting for 15 minutes in the drivethru and still have yet to order. I finally have decided to write this review while I wait as things over the last 9 months of living local have not changed. They consistently mess up my order and the wait time is ludicrous. From now on I will drive to the nearest one other than this one!
