The food is satisfactory, but the long lines and the lack of efficiency from the employees hinder a quick dining experience. Moreover, I am deeply concerned about employee harassment. During my visit, I witnessed a distressing situation where an employee named Elizabeth was verbally abusive to a younger colleague and also disrespectful to a customer. This kind of environment is unacceptable, and it fails to prioritize customer satisfaction as a primary goal.

What can I say, Duncin keeps me running! The store is always clean and I mean perfectly clean The atmosphere is nice to take your favorite other out for coffee and a bagel or to take a whole group of riding buddies out for coffee!

Every time I go there if it’s not the drive-thru it’s at the counter you have people making coffee making drinks no one comes to the counter saying excuse me I’ll be right with you nothing you wait you wait you wait and then you walk out and many times I go through the drive-thru and I’m sitting there waiting for somebody to come to the speaker and it’s like it’s closed and I drive off and I’m sure I’m not the only one

I love my Dunkin. But this is the worse Dunkin’ I have ever been to. I went there yesterday 2/26/23 around 3-4pm and ordered an ice tea and an iced matcha latte at the drive through. (Adding this- at the car dealership next door they were unloading cars so it was a little loud, also I just had spinal surgery and it was hard to get my body close to the speaker to talk loud). It was hard to hear the person but I believed she got my order correct. I went to the window and she handed me my ice tea and a hot matcha. I kindly said that we ordered a iced not a hot, the girl then in a condescending voice said that “we asked you multiple times and you just kept talking over us” and then gave a dirty look. This surprised me. When she came back to the window, I calmly said. You should not talk to people like that, it was loud and if you could not hear me you should have confirmed my order when I got to the window. She then stated again very rudely and condescending that she has asked me multiple times and I didn’t say hot or cold. I then said, why are you so rude! I said that due to me normally going to this location and she always has an attitude. I asked her name and she said it was Jess or Jessica. She then said I hope you have the day you deserve and have another dirty look. Wow! Never again will I go there. This employee needs to not be working in fast food and in a customer service field. She has such an attitude problem and does not treat anyone nicely. This was with my 7 year old daughter in the car and even my daughter could not believe how “mean” she was

I love dunkin been a regular for a while now. I come mostly on a daily basis. I must say though, the sunday evening girls are my favorite. Whenever i come theyre so friendly, always laughing and just having a good time. My order can vary depending on when i do come but sunday before my evening to overnight shift, its always spot on. They are amazing girls.
