The girl who took my order was unbelievably rude. It was so chaotic in there. The service was slow, but I was told later on that a bunch of people were training, so I understand that completely. I will say that the manager was really nice, he’s the one who brought out my last drink. I was really nice the whole time, I didn’t ask for the manager, he just happened to be the one. I’ve worked my fair share in the public, and I truly understand how stressful if can be. But there are things that even I find unacceptable. Being rude to people for literally no reason is one of them.

They were very slow just for a piece of avocado toast. While sitting in the drive through I witnessed 3 unsanitary things 3 employees working the front counter did, wiping their nose with their hands and fixing customers coffees ect. 1 comes from the back and pulls a hair from her coworkers hair. Why are you touching her hair knowing you’re working around food! Just nasty!!!

This location is NEVER open on time. I stopped in several times between 5-5:30 am and 1- they are not open or 2- the register is not operating yet- meaning they must have just opened at 5:30 instead of the 3am opening time. Also rude service. Take a hard pass!!

The girl taking orders was incredibly rude. She cut off people in the middle of their order. She told 2 customers if they want faster service to go through the drive thru. She charged me twice for one of my items and gave me the wrong donuts. I understand customer service is difficult, but out right rude and inept is just wrong.
