I was visiting family in Plattsburgh from Ga,and was looking forward to a good Cup of D&D to start my long journey back to Ga. 6am,The drive thru was busy. I waited im sure over 10 mins.. the two girls working very hard serving drive thru,two others two walking past me like I was invisible. Very disappointed.

first timer here: i’m sitting in your parking lot rn and i’m pleased you actually stirred my iced latte instead of giving me warm espresso on the bottom, syrup sticking to the edges of the cup, and cold milk on top. so many dunkin’ donuts do this and it drives me crazy. BUT YALL ARE SUPERIOR. KEEP MIXING PPLS ICED DRINKS PROPERLY LADIES

The service I recieved today was a bit uncalled for in my opinion. The girl working the drive thru was not only complaining about her job and others performance with the window open but she practically shoved my drink at me, just threw the donut for my child In the bag and was rude when giving me back my card after payment. I quote in her words “There you go” in a cranky annoyed tone. I understand that some people have “off days” but don’t take it out on a paying customer.

Ordered a sausage, egg & cheese croissant. They completely forgot the egg, when we went in to correct it the person making it seemed to have an attitude when it was her own fault. Hash browns tasted freezer burnt and were honestly to gaging point old/bad. Coffee wasn’t even stirred but overall it was good. Horrible service and workers, they definitely do not check on their food in the freezer as well. I’d be shocked if they even put time stamps on anything like they’re supposed to. Definitely do not recommend this location.
