Honestly the staff was really good for quite a while and then they had a major loss in help to the point that you weren’t sure if you should be mad bc of the wait or feel bad for the workers. I guess it is management that is to blame for allowing it to get that bad. I am a regular dunkin lover and I will say that I think she is a supervisor maybe but she’s been there a while and not one of the young lil teenagers there but I will have to say that she is probably the best employee there. Always kind and friendly even when she is 10 orders deep. Doesn’t give you the eye roll when they forget your cold foam you actually paid for n send it back. She not only fixes it w a smile she apologizes and makes sure that you get what you paid for. Maybe I will get her name next time.

My daughter and I love the drinks and food we get from here, and the morning/early afternoon staff are truly wonderful, kind, and just plain awesome. The later afternoon staff however is not as great with their customer service, they should take some pointers from morning/early afternoon staff. We have stopped going to Dunkin past 1 pm solely because of multiple bad experiences.

This is the slowest Dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to and believe me when I tell you I go to them all. I was in the line for about 15 minutes before I got to the window to pay. Then they gave me half the order and I had to wait another 5 or 6 minutes to get the rest just to get it wrong. Then they look at me like I have 2 heads when I tell them they did it wrong. I love Dunkin donuts but I cannot recommend this one. They’re just terrible.

Just went to this one to have to leave empty handed. Received no service at the drive through after waiting five minutes, and when we went in they gave us attitude and were out of everything except two or three things. Also gave us attitude at the cash register when we asked about lack of service at the drive through. Said they were busy when no one was there. All the girls gave us dirty looks, especially the long hair blonde running the drive thru and the brunette on the register.

gotta love dunkin’. what more is there to say? plus this place is usually on their game. i always order with the on the go app and place it right before i pull in (unless there’s a line then i wait till i’m behind the car taking their order to send it so its fresh) They don’t normally mess up and the one time they did, they were super polite and helped me out.

This Dunkin’ location is probably my favorite. The staff is normally friendly, welcoming, and get the job done correctly. Only reason I’m rating 4 stars is because I haven’t seen the inside. The grounds of the location is well maintained too, so that’s a plus.
