I simply placed a mobile order for drive through take out. I waited in line alongside the other traffic backed up into the road. 23 minutes is how long it took for me to finally get to the window. Once at the window, the lady looked at me and I looked at her. She threw her hands up in question so I did the same (obviously frustrated after waiting so long). She asked what I had ordered with disgust. Shouldn’t you know what I ordered? She brought over my coffee, it was a simple cold brew with sweetener and cream, there was NO cream. She asked what else was in the coffee.. They also forgot my straw.

I typically order through the mobile app (gotta get those dunkin points), however the past few times i have and one of the ladies that works the drive through, jenn, is so very unprofessional and rude. she is snappy when she comes through the speaker. my boyfriend and i had received our stuff, but they never handed us the hot chocolate, so we waited at the window for a few minutes and she came over and said “are you waiting for something?” with a nasty tone and a look of annoyance. i work in customer service, i understand how frustrating it is to be busy, but that is your JOB. either learn how to be respectful and kind, or get out of customer service. everyone else there is always super kind, but she is just very rude.

Always out of donuts. The bagels are horrible. This time my “untoasted everything bagel with plain cream cheese” was a slightly burned on the edges plain bagel with a scrape of cream cheese. I threw it out because it was hard and dry.

I understand due to staffing shortages that things can get screwed up. We ordered 5 items and you managed to get 2 correct. The sesame bagel I ordered to be not toasted was burned beyond recognition. And my husband ordered 2 sausage wake up wraps that had no egg on either of them. You guys weren’t busy at all so there is really no excuse for this.
