Audio Overdose
Anytime you plan on coming here, have at least 30-40 minutes spare time. Especially in drive through. Takes forever to get the items, and when it arrived it’s cold and clearly been left out.

Staying in Lake Placid and needed an Dunkin fix — found the information on line as to location. Drove out only to find the inside and drive thru closed without any signage at 230pm this afternoon. While we were there 4 other vehicles pulled in as well. This seems like a very poor business practice.

I think we may have stumbled across a contender for the worst store in the DD chain. We waited 4 to 5 minutes for service. The place was full of flies and then it took them 15 minutes to get 2 coffees. There were no other customers.

I went to the drive-thru this morning and what an experience that was. I pull up and ordered a large hazelnut coffee with double cream and double sugar. The individual on the other end asked did you say eight cream and eight sugar? I don’t really think double cream and double sugar sounds like eight cream and eight sugar. But I was courteous just the same. I told the individual I needed some donuts. I ordered two blueberry cake and two Boston cream and said that was it. The response I get is okay is that it? I almost said something but I kept my mouth shut. I get up to the window and somehow miraculously there’s no coffee ready. Are you operating a business with one coffee pot or are your people just not paying attention. I had to sit there for well over 5 minutes waiting for my coffee. I get down the road, take my first sip and what did I get, black coffee with creamer and no sugar. That will be my last trip to this Dunkin’ donuts.

This place has given me unpredictable experiences. They have messed up my order at the expense of losing a drink. It was understaffed for the longest time but I think it has been resolved recently. When there’s a big line the food workers rush, make careless mistakes and have undercooked my food. There has been one time a food service worker did chase me out forgetting an extra food item. Overall it’s a great breakfast to brunch experience.

Can’t even make a simple drink. Every time I got there ESPECIALLY the past month everything is wrong. Maybe if staff was actually doing their job instead of swearing at each other while their head set is still on they’d listen properly. People get fired for having “attitude” here but at least they made my things correctly. $15.50 an hour? To not get anything right and to be messing around on the job.
