Laney was super nice and upbeat. It isn’t often that you have someone who actually greets you with a smile. I tried the bacon breakfast taco, and it was surprisingly really good. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the refreshers have changed. I liked that they used to have fruit and you could taste the mango and pineapple each, now the mixture taste like orange kool-aid mixed with something else.

This time my coffee was perfect. Fresh, hot coffee with the amount of cream and sugar I asked for, stirred up good. Sometimes it’s not so good. Maybe warm and can barely taste the sugar, either it’s not put in or they don’t stir it and the sugar sits on the bottom which is annoying because it’s hard to stir my coffee while driving. That’s why I taste it before I leave.

For quite some time now the morning rush time has been handled single handedly by one employee. Yesterday morning I ordered from the app “on the go” which is supposed to guarantee that you can “skip the line”and not have to wait. Unfortunately I was in the store for 30 minutes because my order hadn’t even been pulled until I pointed it out! If I hadn’t already paid, I would have left after realizing that there was only ONE person working both front counter and drive thru. It is not the fault of the employee working, but having to wait for 10 drive thru orders to be filled and then having to remind the poor woman repeatedly that parts of the order were missing is unfair to everyone involved. If you go to this store during the morning rush, be prepared to be frustrated until they can get it together.
