It was noon when I went. I was the only person there. The cashier asked to take my order. I told her I did not decide yet. She went to the back room. I decided after a couple minutes and walked up to the register. I wish I set a timer. It took SO LONG for her to come back. I wanted a sausage egg and cheese plain bagel. They were out of plain bagels. She asked what other kind do I want. I didn’t know my choices so I asked what kind are there? She said any kind. My food came out fast. The bagel was crumbly and meat was not all that tasty. But the place was really clean.

This is my favorite Dunkin in the area, between Oswego & Onondaga counties. I have been going to this location for over a year now. I can only recall once that they gave me the wrong order and they had that fixed in about a minute. The employees remember your name when you’re a regular which is sweet (even when I got a new car!). I recently discovered some food intolerances & the staff have been amazingly patient explaining what’s in the syrups etc. Plus their drinks are actually consistent from this location!

Ordered a coffee was too sweet and asked for a different one she said no bc ppl do that all time wasting coffee as I was handing it back to her she said I had to pay for another one I asked her name she said don’t worry about it and slammed the window in my face really heavy girl with long brown hair making “personal policies” up very rude telling me it’s my fault I ordered it not theirs she really needs a course on customer service and company policy

Like to go there in the morning on my days off from work. It is a good time going there and met some nice people there to talk to about different things. The staff knows my order when I go there and that is very nice. They have a good variety of food and drinks to choose from. I might try something else ever so often but mostly I have been getting around the same items. Would recommend this place to everyone and it is clean inside and out. Parking lot is a good size and it even has shade because of the big trees that run alongside the parking lot.

It was pretty clean, and the service was what you’d expect from the generation. One person helps you and the other ignore you. Kinda funny. They stirred the coffee, though so that’s a win.
