App made me drive 20 minutes out of my way to a different dunkin (this one) and when I finally got there my order wasn’t even ready. When it was ready it wasn’t in the mobile section, so I had to look through all the orders for my name. The food was cold even though they put it out after I got there, and they had literally thrown everything into the bag, so it was all mixed together in the bottom. And to top it all off, I had ordered only jelly and glazed and they gave me an assortment. Now I’m late to work l and I don’t have breakfast, the other stuff was for someone else. The coffee was good though.
