The service here is less than impressive. I understand a high volume during the morning and things can get crazy and mistakes can be made, however when it’s slower and your flavored ice coffee has ALL of the flavoring is sitting at the bottom it’s a little frustrating. “Why don’t you just mix it then” well it’s it’s the principal, you don’t go to Texas Roadhouse for steak and have to cook it yourself. It should come out medium rare from the kitchen like I asked. The cherry on top though that really made me decide to write is then when I go for the donut, it’s upside down in the bag, chocolate frosting face down and stuck to the bottom. Now one would think “how trivial of this guy to write a bad review over such little things” but I come to this store often and more and more the attention to detail and pride for ones work is sadly lacking from this location.

I came in was very polite & the woman named Kaci or Kari was extremely rude kept rolling her eyes & gave my mother an attitude when she asked to get a gift card. I still tried to remain polite until she kept rolling her eyes at my mother & acted like she was stupid for asking to purchase a gift card. It doesn’t take anything to be polite to someone.
