Clean, fairly efficient, friendly, good service. The issue, as with many places, is I ordered coffee with alternate milk option and now I’m falling asleep 2 hours later with a partial migraine and dizziness. Some people CANNOT have cow milk. I understand mistakes are made, but if it’s laziness, or an oversight, certain things have implications. I’m just glad I don’t have to drive the 4.5 hours back to PA today. Overall, thank you to the employee that corrected my order with no extra charge (I added an extra fried egg at the kiosk, but the ticket printed with +bacon on it).

Felt rushed through with our order at the drive through. When we pulled up there were no cars behind us and by the time we finished our order only 1 car was behind us. We asked to have the order read back to us to make sure everything was accounted for but instead they only read back to process total and asked us to pull up to the next window. When our “entire” order was given to us, we were missing hash browns, and creamer and sugar for the coffees (which we did mention to put on the side). When one of us got out if the car near the front of the store to let someone know of our missing order, they were shouted at thay they needed to stay in the car. We were in a completely safe spot to exit the vehicle. The bacon egg and cheese on a croissant ans mt coffee was delicious though.

This location used to be very timely and efficient. Lately it takes forever to even order…you ate on hold to place the order. THEN after you are are on hold again WAITING for them to bring it out the order is burned.

Customer service could have been friendlier, but I understand people can have bad days! This is why I gave the 3 stars. Overall I came here to get Carmel swirl iced coffee… but I seen that they had some new coconut refreshers and wanted to try it out. I picked the strawberry one and it was delicious it reminded me of the pink drink from Starbucks but with less sugar! They have 3 flavors to choose from the strawberry, a pomegranate, and the other I believe is fruit punch; but I’m not too sure. I bought a medium size and it cost me 4dollars and some change. #Dunkinrefreshers #DunkinDonuts

Only got coffees. Their prices continue to go up with selection(s) (flavoring/syrup choices) going down. Rarely go anymore and choose to give my money to smaller, local coffee companies. News article tells that DD will also be discontinuing all frozen drinks in a few months. Can’t help but think Starbucks sales will skyrocket.

My coffee isnt hard to make at all its an X-tra large Hot double Cake Batter 6 cream 6 sugar they first give me an iced coffee with french vanilla 3 cream 6 sugar then a small double cake batter no cream or sugar then a large double cake batter with 6 and 6 so I tell them No its supposed be an extra large so this guy pours the large which mind you wasnt full into an extra large cup and tries to give me that so I nicely tell him I’m not taking it and I would like my money back and he refused to do so because there was no manager on. All 3 employees were extremely rude.
