Are usually have a good experience at this Dunkin, but this morning was exceptional, I didn’t get a chance to catch his name, but there is a tall, long-haired bearded individual who I would like to personally thank for his expertise and customer service and product knowledge when it came to all of my questions About the establishment and the products. This is and was the first and last time I will ever go to this place. Hard to believe that a dozen donuts costs $12 USD. Low quality. Overpriced. Last time I ate a Boston Creme donut it had Cream/Custard in it. Not one of the four in our dozen had either. Most of the other donuts were sold out. Hard to believe that a “Donut” store would actually fail to restock fresh donuts as the day progresses but product is trucked in maybe once a day at best so if your not at this place at the right time well freshness isn’t what you’ll get at 1pm in the afternoon. Wont be going back to this place.

Not only did we have to 20 mins just for drinks, and ended up leaving without our food, ordered a blood orange refresher and was stuck with coffee grounds in my whole drink. Never coming back to this Dunkin location again. Don’t recommend anyone coming there..

It’s an excellent location for a Dunkin’, but for whatever reason, they are unable to staff or manage things correctly. Expect long lines and long waits. Ordering ahead or going through drive-thru does not help at all and may make matters worse. If Dunkin’ can’t handle the traffic at a busy location such as this, they should probably close it.

I’ve been there two times now, it was good both times. I like the way they make their coffee, the breakfast sandwich was pretty good. The wait wasn’t too bad. Some of the people got a little too close though, guess they forgot about the six foot rule. That place seems to get really busy. I will go again.

This dunkin donuts really sucks. My daughter can not drink regular milk, so when I go in or go through the drive through I always ask for almond milk. Every time this dunkin , never ever puts in the almond milk, it doesn’t matter if they are busy or not. I don’t understand why it is so hard to read the sticker for the order.This is absolutely ridiculous.
