Went to the drive thru, ordered at the speaker and then heard nothing, so we said “hello?” The guy came back on the speaker claiming he had said to pull around. There were 2 of us in the car and neither one heard him say a word. We pull around and they finished up the car ahead of us and we pull to the window….and nothing. Not one person came to collect the money nor attempt to give us what we ordered. We were clearly being ignored for no other reason than it being a game to them. We ended up pulling away without our order as no one ever came. This was approximately 5:30 am. Your employees are worthless and management can’t be much better as this would of never happened. Absolutely terrible “service”. Safe to say we won’t be back.

I am done spending money at establishments and being treated rudely by staff that work there. I am done forking over money to pay the continued rising costs but no customer appreciation comes my way. I do know that some customers can be rude but not all should be treated as such. I will no longer be silent. If I am paying, you will provide appropriate customer service or I will say something. No more rudeness! I am done! I visit DD 2-3 x a day at $5 a pop. If my drink is wrong, I should be able to say something without being treated rudely or like an inconvenience. I am inconvienienced weekly by my drinks being incorrectly made and having to go back or having to throw the coffee away all together. It is what it is, I know mistakes are made, but expect professional responses, follow-up and follow-through when seeking correction. If I am, or someone is undeservedly being treated rudely, I am going to say something. This should not ensue into a full on yelling match and told that I don’t understand how the morning has been. Sorry to hear but Customer Sevice means brushing it off and proceeding forward with each new customer as an individual. Your previous customer who was rude is not the problem of all the following customers. And, your establishment offers order ahead but you also have to pay. I should not have my product witheld from me because you did not like that I commented on how your staff were treating or talking to other customers. Told that a staff was not going to help me though I had already paid. Then a staff from the drive-thru has to help all the while the one young lady continued to talk loud enough for all to hear, being rude, degrading, and all out unprofessional. I will NEVER visit this DD again.

Recently this has been go to place for a drink and something quick to eat. The summer time Mango refresher is amazing. It’s one of the best drinks that I have enjoyed in years. Low in calories and refreshing.

I love Dunkin! But…more than not…lately they can’t get a large coffee with 2 splenda and extra cream right at any of them. I stopped this morning at Taft rd. Dunkin and did the drive thru…polite kids working…and the best cup of coffee I have had in six months at any Dunkin!
