I went there to get just a coolatta, lemonade, and a bagel and the worker named Jocelyn (hopefully I’m spelling her name correctly.) was absolutely amazing and a huge sweetheart. She literally made my day with how genuine and quick she was. She apologized multiple times despite me not being in a rush; because of the wait. She deserves a raise for how great she is with people 🙂

The ice coffee was water down. The coffee was done complete wrong. The leader was completely disrespectful as to not showing professionalism. She gave me a hard time giving me a refund saying “you’re lucky your getting a refund because I don’t give out refunds”. Also her name was Brandy.

Jaeyln was absolutely and completely unprofessional and should not work in customer service. She gave attitude to multiple customers in line ahead of me as well as myself. She claimed to be a manager to another customer which is absolutely shocking since she acts like she is doing everyone a favor by doing simple task that are basic job duties. I won’t return to this location as I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe with this level of disrespect towards customers. I can’t trust someone so unwilling to assist to clean things properly and ensure proper quality drinks and food.
