Every single morning, around 4:50 on my way into work, I will stop to get a coffee and a donut. The coffee has cold foam on it, they have no problem charging me for it, but for some odd reason they have a problem putting it on there. The lady is rude, seems annoyed all the time, can’t take an order without repeating it 6 different times. This morning, I asked for a chocolate long John. They gave me a chocolate donut with sprinkles. I can’t eat sprinkles.

Parking and lot is an absolute nightmare is its even just a little busy. And that’s an understatement. Never had any other issues there, but a lot of them regarding parking or getting out of the lot, being blocked in etc.

My sister and I went to dunkin at 7:50pm. They said the register was broken so we had to place our order at pick up station but we had decided to make it easier on them and place our order online. Seconds after the young man audibly moaned about our order and complained “who orders this “ most females? It’s pumpkin spice season and sweet cold foam is a thing. while yelling for all to hear including us.then proceeded to yell for an additional 5 minutes while we were sitting in the dining area because his shift was ending in 8 minutes which is probably frustrating. but shouldn’t the order be handed to someone else? Nonetheless we did get our order and he saw it was us in the dining area and he walked out. Just wish we had a more respectful customer service experience.
