I went inside knowing my order would be a pain as I needed to get gift cards. I waited at the order counter for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. Finally someone tells me to go order at the pickup counter, I went over and waited another 3 minutes. I placed my order and I received a partial order. So I thought well maybe they r just busy so I waited. 4 people walked past the counter and looked at me without saying anything to me. The only one who stopped was a nice girl with tattoos. She asked me if I was waiting for something else and I said yes my iced coffee. She looked for it and it was sitting at the drive thru window.That took another 3 minutes. Needless to say I counted 6 people working and it took way to long for my order to be completed. Thank you to the girl with the tats, she was rushing around and found time to finish my order!

Too little room allowed for drive through customers. They block in people who have parked in the lot and gone inside and the line also runs out into the street at one entrance/exit. Sometimes blocks street traffic.

The drive thru was so painfully slow. Waited ten minutes to get a drink that was not made right. I now know to never stop there in the afternoon. Service and drink was very disappointing.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this place there was at least 8 workers there today and they still couldn’t keep up. the doughnut selection and quantity is not great. The line of customers waiting for orders inside was ridiculous, same with vehicle customers backed way up. I stopped going to Dunkin a couple years ago because they couldn’t get orders right and figured I’d try again and it’s even worse. If you have that many workers there is no reason people need to wait in line 15 minutes.

I’m not sure what happened to this place in the last couple years. I work in retail so I’m not one to judge if you’re having a bad day and tend to be a little on the annoyed side. I get it, we all have those days. However, everytime I come here unless it’s early in the morning when they first open, because there’s one woman there in the morning who I believe has worked there for a while, is always so nice and talkative. Anyway, the employees do not care at all. My girlfriend came here one day to pick my coffee up so I wouldn’t be late for work (because the wait is ALWAYS long) while I was getting ready.. she didn’t show up for an hour and a half waiting for ONE coffee. She said that was the worst experience she’s ever had at that place, and that multiple employees were grouped together behind the counter talking and laughing while there’s a line wrapped around the building for the drive through and a line probably close to coming out the door inside. She said if it wasn’t for me, she would’ve just left and I would’ve been okay if she did. I understand customer service is a difficult field to work in, but it’s not that bad to where it’s CLEAR that you don’t care about any of your customers and what they think of the place. I will start driving out of my way to go to a different dunkin from now on, unless it’s early.

If you want something from this location place your order on the mobile app!! The last 3 times I’ve been and ordered at the window, because an option my husband and wanted isn’t available on the app, they have completely fouled up my drink. I don’t order a complicated drink and somehow it’s never right. Maybe their speaker needs maintenance so they can hear customers clearly? Order online and you’ll have zero problems.

This place is awful has a bunch of over payed employees that get paid to mess peoples orders up. How do you mess up a grilled cheese, bread was frozen and the cheese was fresh out of the cooler too. Not even heated up. If I wanted a frozen sandwich I would have went to mirabitos. Awful

The staff was very young but surprising friendly and professional. They took my order quickly without a single mistake with a full lobby and a drive thru line that seemed to go all the way around the building. They didn’t miss a beet and handled everything in go time without a single complaint that I noticed… Good job!!
