I would like to say this not only to the onieda dunkin donuts but all of them. Please change your cups. I know you went cheap and went to all paper however now when ever I get a coffee from any dunkin it leaks all over the place and spills in the car or on me. Everytime I get a coffee which is quite often.

I ordered 2 caramel swirl iced coffee, 1 was made correctly the other had froth on time and it was still served to me. I complained to corporate and the manager from Oneida called me and said she would send an email to me so I could get a replacement coffee, that was a week ago I still have not received the email. The best Dunkin yo go to is at the corner of 31 and 13 or Camden. I used to go to Oneida 5 days a week , not anymore.

Once in a blue moon I get a nice employee but most of the time they mumble and are short with you. My coffee is never made the same, or correctly. If I get food it’s either a mess (sandwhich falling apart) or burnt… just take a look at my “bacon avocado toast” I have gotten… they are either burnt, only sprinkled with crumbs of bacon, or both! How awesome for something that cost 5bucks.

Worst Dunkin I can possible go to. The employee that doesn’t make drinks right on purpose is still employed. I go to the Verona DD now because the Oneida DD doesn’t care and it’s obvious. Spoke with the manager about this little girl and she told me to have a different employee make the drinks. Lol. None of the other employees want to do this child’s job for her. So it takes 10 minutes of waiting to get anyone to help me. Amazing 1 poorly raised child can make a business horrible. 10 years of going there stopped by 1 mentally unhinged Lil girl. Terrible.

Seems chaotic lately in there. People shouting out orders yet they are trying to follow the slips the machine is putting out. My walk in mobile order is a at the drive thru lately so you have to wait and get someone’s attention. Today was more of the same but oh so messy. Managers need to step up and help train these folks.

What a joke. Ordered online mobile app 20 mins ago just to be told it isn’t even started. Parking is a joke still waiting for food for now over 30 mins. Then done to find out they cross contaminated my bagel using the same knife instead of using a clean one a plain bagel with plain cream cheese should not taste like chives or butter or any other flavor will never go here again

Dunkin has some very great menu items, I personally recommend the Iced Caramel Macchiatos here. Staff can be hit or miss from each visit. Some of the workers can be rude and trying to rush you, but overall it’s a good location.
