Dunkin is much better in Florida…but living in Upstate New York is cooler (thermally). The one in Rome, NY needs improvements… I was there one day when the manager was trying to train the staff….she’s nice, but there is so much needed…. I hope she succeeds in her endeavors because I could walk here from where I live!!!!

This place is the worst I have been to, workers are very rude. I asked for a matcha latte then they gave me MILKY literally tastes like a milk latte, not matcha so I told them please put in more matcha to make it more flavor. They gave me another tiny cup with matcha powder. I told them no, please make it themselves as I do not know how to make it properly. So they just tossed the powder straight into the cup and give it to me. So I drank, POWDER went straight in my mouth because they did not mix it well enough to dissolve the powder. Then I told them “I am the customer so please make my order RIGHT for once” because it has been two times now then they made a new one but back to square one with a milky drink. So I give up and asked for a refund! But the workers were very rude, showing their ugly attitude. I do not appreciate those workers. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Chittenango plaza is mostly occupied by top supermarket, a liquor store and the turning stone casinos other casino. It’s very nice to go into to eat. There are places to eat there, but there are nicer restaurants in the village of chittenango and around. I really believe you’d have a nice time in the casino. Just try not to lose too much money. Otherwise the plaza is excellent. Tops has usually everything you need on a short-term basis if you need something quickly and Dunkin donuts is right next door

Sick joke! Wife did a mobile order and I went to pick up. Started off with the drive-thru server “meowing” like cat into the speaker…. Solid start. Then they give me only part of my order and leave the window. Had to park and go inside because the dude never came back. Had to ask for my 1/2 dozen donuts and text my wife which ones because they had no clue. Get home and give my wife the coffee… and that’s wrong too!!!!! Maybe a little less meowing at work would probably go a long way in getting orders correct. ALSO NO JOKE AND WORTH MENTIONING. I WAS THE ONLY CAR IN DRIVE THRU AND ONE CAR IN THE LOT. THIS WASNT A BUSY TIME TO BE SCREWING UP ORDERS!
