Store closes at 7 p.m. I tried to get in at 6:40 and found the door was locked. I then tried to order from drive thru and was told that the coffee was old and I could get an iced coffee. I left and was very angry. This place is horrible and I will never go there again. Save your money!!!!

Order a brown sugar cold foam. 2 cream 2 pumps brown sugar. Got it 3 of each at the drive through. I gave it back asking for what I ordered. Got back a white looking coffee. So apparently 2 creams= extra cream! Clearly they cannot handle making a personalized cold brew. Gross.

I went to another Dunkin Donuts and the way that they made my coffee was absolutely disgusting. On my way to work I stopped at this Dunkin across from Turning Stone and asked them if they can please fix it. The manager (I believe) Josh was wonderful. He was so empathetic and understanding. I wanted to pay for the coffee, but he said because it was made incorrectly to not worry about it. He also said that we like to make everything perfect to the guest’s needs in hopes that his guest’s will come back and visit the store. All I know is that Josh was excellent and he is wonderful with customer service. I was so pleased by the way he was that this store is going to get my business. He should be promoted to a manager or something else within the company, because he has what it takes to go far in this kind of work. His staff as well was amazing. I have never felt so much at home like I did there. Thank you again.

I only get one kind of drink and normally bagels or one kind of doughnut. Never been not satisfied here. Once I was given the wrong doughnut, and once I was given a coffee. With coffee grounds in it. But no matter how many mistakes they make they always make it right. I got the doughnut I wanted and I got the drink I wanted. I will always go back here for the holes and cream.
