They need a totally new system at this location because ones you inside the store you have to wait for your coffee about a 20 minutes why? because a cashier inside the store also taking care of the drive thru customers how do I know ? because tickets prints out and she goes make the coffee and drop of the drive thru window, so this is a management issue can’t blame the staff at all.

I’ve visited this location twice so far, three days apart. Both occasions were around 8:00 am. In both instances, they had no Cold Brew coffee, which is especially irritating because their drive thru is situated in a way that once you enter, you’re committed. You can’t just leave the drive thru if they don’t have what you’d like. They really need a means of signalling to customers if popular items aren’t currently available BEFORE they enter the drive thru.

I absolutely love the morning staff I even have certain employees that just know my order when I walk in with out even telling them but I have had problems with the night staff there rude and never make the coffee right and the drive -thru you literally sit there for 10 min or more this Saturday evening was the worst going through drive -thru not only could we not hear them on the speaker as we told them politely a employee comes back on screaming and as we have waited already 5 minutes in line said they weren’t going to serve us and continued to be rude and very unprofessional we then pull up to the window ask to talk to a manager and she was very rude and racial to my husband as we asked for her name and corporate information she got only more upset and more angry and more racial with her statements they have defiantly lost good customers bc we will not be going back and it’s disgusting they would hire unprofessional ppl .
