This is honestly the only Dunkin I still enjoy going to. Sue runs the place like a champ and the employees are always phenomenal. And the only complaints they get are them not doing things the Potsdam stores do. That, I know first hand is because Canton follows corporate standards and Potsdam is still trying to get on their feet and learn everything. So please, stop calling Canton employees “lazy” for simply following company instructions. They are FAR from lazy.

I have to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru, they aren’t even worrying about taking our orders (as if non of us have to be to work). I’ve only moved up 3 cars because people have left. I think the management need to learn to prioritize their staff and make sure everybody is being taken care of in a timely manner, not every 30 minutes.

Wish they had sugar free options for syrups but the coffee is not bad. Breakfast croissant was good, pre cooked bacon but the egg seemed real. Service was friendly and fast amidst a short staff.

Only received partial order so I had to go back into the store. Was ignored for 10 minutes even with trying to get someone’s attention. There were a few others with wrong orders or missing something from their orders. I realize your busy but slow down and do it right. Customers will be more understanding if you try.

Every day the coffee tastes different ordered a peanut butter latte bomb the first time second time barely drinkable third time was to strong to drink brought it back . I got charged twice today and on top of it while I was showing the drive thru worker this who then stated “they had nothing to do with it, that it was my bank” when they swiped my card twice, my 4 year old accidentally spilled her hot chocolate on her lap and got scalded horribly leaving her skin peeling and they did absolutely nothing for her didn’t even call an ambulance…nothing. I will never go back, HORRIBLE customer service and absolutely no compassion for customers.

The donuts here are great, but pricey. 1.25 for one. Cheaper if you get a dozen. There was just two staff in there, and we had to wait for fifteen minutes just to order our two donuts. About in the morning if you’re in a rush, or do they drive thru because they give priority to people in cars
