This is to management because you are training your employees to hand out cold food! I always have problems when I come here. Something is always made wrong or not up to my expectations. The order i had today was missing the snackin bacon and when she gave it to me it was cold. this is the second time they have tried to tell me cold bacon is normal and that’s just how it is. Every other location has given me hot bacon. They act like I’m inconveniencing them by asking to warm up my food. The last time i had to throw the whole bag away it was all dried out and not edible. Who likes cold bacon? This is something that needs to be worked on and also the stuffed croissants are ALWAYS cold on the inside if the workers took the tiny extra time to warm things up there would be no problems! do better thanks

Their expresso machine is always down. I love their vanilla bean lattes however every time I go there they can’t make them. They just got it back up once and it was running for two days and it broke agin.

This Dunkin’ never disappoints! I normally always order On-the-Go on their app and it’s ready when I get there every time. And they are the most consistent around. Any other Dunkin’ I go to it’s a gamble whether it will be what I ordered. And also the staff here is SO amazing. They are kind and polite, which is hard to come across these days.
